HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 23-29 Org Chart ` TOWN OF WESTLAKE RESOLUTION 23-29 ARESOLUTION BYTHE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE REVISED ORGANIZATIONAL CHART. WHEREAS,the authorities of the Town of Westlake believe that the functions of municipal government can be performedmore economically and efficiently by revising the reporting hierarchy of the Town of Westlake Municipality; and WHEREAS,the Town of Westlake wishes to structure the Municipal hierarchy by eliminating the Deputy Town Manager and Assistant Town Manager positions; and WHEREAS,the Town of Westlake haseliminated the Town Marshal positionas outlined in the revised Organizational Chart, attached hereto as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: the organizational flow chart, “Exhibit A”is hereby amendedto reflectthese changes. SECTION 2: that this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage.
