ORDINANCE NO. 369
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPROVING AN
AMENDED THOROUGHFARE PLAN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 343, which adopted an amended Thoroughfare Plan on
January 10, 2000, is hereby amended to add a new Section 2, to read as follows:
"Section 2: That all right-of-way dedications must also conform to the Town's Duct Bank
requirements contained in Ordinances No. 357 & 361, as well as all other Town requirements for
public utilities and infrastructure."
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2000.
