occurred; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to appoint a Municipal Court Administrator for the
Town of Westlake.
1.*�Ow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TWnl OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION I.- Martha Solis is hereby appointed as the Municipal Court Administrator for the
Town of Westlake, Texas, effective December 5, 2023, and shall serve as an employee at the will of
the Town Manager.
SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage.
