Mueller, James Krekow, Katie Kolknieier and Executive Director Tracy
Harrow. Also present: Mayor Sean Kilbride.

2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
JANUARY 31, 2022.
DISCUSSION: Director Petersen made a motion to approve the minutes of the Janua
31, 2022 meeting. Director Krekow seconded the motion. The moti
carried unanimously. I
The Board moved into recess at 6:11pm for the arrival of Mayor Sean
Kilbride and Director Mueller. The board came back into session at
6: 18pm.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON SCHOLARSHIPS AND OCCUPANCY
FOR FALL 2022.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on the scholarships and
occupancy at Cambridge HALL for Fall 2022. 22 TSHA scholarship
students have signed a lease at Cambridge Hall, and a total of 110
leases have been signed for a 20% occupancy for Fall 2022. No action
taken.
4. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REGARDING RENOVATIONS TO
CAMRIDGE HALL.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on the renovations to
Cambridge Hall, including that the model unit will be ready to view on
September 9. No action taken.
The TSHA Board convened into executive session at 6:31 pm to conduct a closed session
pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated, (1) Chapter 551,
Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following- 1) Consultation with
an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about the Bank of New
York litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and an attorney for past due
food service invoices aind 2) Consultation with an attorney whereby the
Board seeks advice on possible arbitration with ACC on alleged funds
owed after management departure.
