PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Paula Petersen, Mark Harrow, Rich
Mueller, James Krekow, and Executive Director Tracy Harrow. Not
present: Board members Katie Kotkmeier and Randall Quick.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
NOVEMBER 41 20�21.
DISCUSSION: Director Petersen made a motion to approve the minutes oif the
November 4, 2021 meeting. Director Harrow seconded the m!otioni. The
motion carried unanimously,
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on Campus Advanta
and the transition results at The Cambridge. No action taken. I
The TSHA Board convened into executive session at 6:44 pm to conduct a closed sessi ,
pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated, (1) Chapter 551

Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following: Consultation with T
attorney whereby the Board seeks, advice about Bank of New Yo
gation, bankruptcy proceedings, and an attorney for past due fo
service invoices.
