The Board will conduct a chased session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following:
Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about the litigation with
the Bank of New York.
Consultation with an attorney where the Board seeks advice cin possible arbitration with
ACC on alleged funds owed after management departure.
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
