RESOLUTION 22-31
A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS,
APPOINTING AMY PIUKAKA AS TOWN SECRETARY.
WHEREAS, the Town Secretary duties for the Town of Westlake, Texas are currently being
provided by an Interim Town Secretary; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to appoint a Town Secretary for the Town of
Westlake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: Amy Piukana is hereby appointed as the Town Secretary for the Town of
Westlake, Texas, effective July 5, 2022, and shall serve as an employee at the will of the Town
Manager.
SECTION 2: That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage..
