RESOLUTION NO. 05-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE,
TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, two current members of the Planning & Zoning Commission have terms which
are expired; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Bill Greenwood and Ms. Sharon Sanden have both agreed to accept
reappointment for two year terms; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen desires to reappoint Bill Greenwood and Sharon Sanden to
the Westlake Planning & Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the meeting at which this Resolution was considered was open to the public as
required by law, and public notice of the time, place, and subject of the meeting has been given in
accordance with Chapter 551, Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby
reappoint the following people to serve on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the terms as noted:
Bill Greenwood 2 years (2007)
Sharon Sanden 2 years (2007)
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 12th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2005.
