RESOLUTION NO. 05-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE WESTLAKE
HISTORICAL PRESERVATION BOARD.
WHEREAS, Ginger Crosswy has served as a member of the Westlake Historical
Preservation Board; and
WHEREAS, Ginger Crosswy has tendered her resignation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen desire to appoint the new Town Secretary to
replace Ms. Crosswy.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake does hereby
appoint Jean Dwinnell as a member of the Westlake Historical Preservation Board.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall become effective upon the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2005.
