RESOLUTION NO. 05-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
WESTLAKE, TEXAS, AMENDING SUP 99-01 REGARDING THE TIMING OF
GATE CLOSINGS IN THE GLENWYCK FARMS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, current hours of the gate closings are sundown to sunup with the
earliest time being 8:00 p.m.; seven days a week.
WHEREAS, The GlenWyck Farms Homeowners Association is requesting
that the new hours of operation of the access gate system will close the gates from 7:00
p.m. until 6:30 a.m.; seven days a week; effective March 1, 2005
WHEREAS, the Mayor, Board of Aldermen and Town staff of the Town of
Westlake, Texas, are committed to providing a safe environment for the GlenWyck
Farms subdivision and conclude that it is in the best interests of the residents to alter the
systems operational hours for the gate closing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas,
hereby amend SUP 99-01 to allow the gates in GlenWyck Farms to be closed from 7:00
p.m. until 6:30 a.m., seven days a week.
SECTION 2: This amendment will be effective on March 1, 2005.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS THE 24TH DAY OF JANUARY 2005.
