2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
DECEMBER 10, 2020.
3. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE AUDIT FOR TEXAS STUDENT
HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR 2020.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE AUDIT FOR THE CAMBRIDGE FOR
2020.
5. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE FINALIZED BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31,2021 FOR THE CAMBRIDGE AT COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following:

Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about the pending
litigation with the Bank of New York.
7. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
