1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
APRIL 21, 2021.
3. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED OPERATING BUDGET,
PREPARED BY REDSTONE RESIDENTIAL, FOR THE RIDGE APARTMENTS FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31, 2021.
4. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON STORM DAMAGE AND REPAIRS AT
THE RIDGE APARTMENTS.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 for the following:
Consultation with attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about deliberations regarding
the threatened or pending litigation with University of North Texas.

ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS
551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT
CODE.
