AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
MAY 25, 2021.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON SCHOLARSHIP COUNT AT THE
RIDGE FOR FALL 2021.
4. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON PERFORMANCE OF THE PROPERTY
MANAGER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, OCCUPANCY, PRE-LEASE AND
MAINTENANCE MATTERS.
5. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF REBRANDING THE RIDGE
APARTMENTS.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 for the following:
Consultation with attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about deliberation regarding
real property: Offers for parcels 107 and 115 pertaining to the TXDOT eminent domain
project at The Ridge Apartments.

Discuss the proposed refinancing of the outstanding bonds issued for purchase of The
Ridge, including points of negotiation.
7. ADJOURNMENT.
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PER MITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
