AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
MAY 25, 2021.
3. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF INTERIM BUDGET FOR THE
CAMBRIDGE.
4. DISCUSS NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR THE CAMBRIDGE AND
TRANSITION REQUIREMENTS.
5. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ON SCHOLARSHIP COUNT AT THE
CAMBRIDGE FOR FALL 2021.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following:
Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about the litigation with
the Bank of New York and new senior bond holder for the A certificates.

The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease
or value of real property: The Cambridge at College Station, Texas.
7. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
