SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING
October 3, 2011
PRESENT: Council Members, Tim Brittan, Clif Cox, Carol Langdon, David Levitan and Rick
Rennhack.
ABSENT: Mayor Laura Wheat
OTHERS PRESENT: Town Manager Tom Brymer, Town Secretary Kelly Edwards,
Assistant to the Town Manager Amanda DeGan, Director of
Communications & Community Affairs Ginger Awtry, and Finance
Director Debbie Piper.
Special Session
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Langdon called the special meeting to order at 6:19 p.m.
2. CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS
No one addressed the Council.
3. CONSIDERATION AND DISCUSSION OF CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION
11-29, AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN INVOICE FOR
MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT FEES TO THE TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING
AUTHORITY (TSHA).
Town Manager Brymer provided an overview of the item
MOTION. Council Member Cox made a motion to approve Resolution 11-29
with revisions as discussed. Council Member Levitan seconded the
motion. The motion carried by a vote of 5-0.

4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Council, Mayor Pro Tem Langdon asked for
a motion to adjourn the meeting.
MOTION: Council Member Brittan made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Council Member Levitan seconded the motion. The motion
carried by a vote of 5-0.
Mayor Pro Tem Langdon adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m.
