1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
OCTOBER 21, 2020.
3. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE RIDGE APARTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31,
2021.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF RENTAL RATES FOR THE RIDGE
APARTMENTS.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 for the following:
Consultation with attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about deliberations regarding
real property: Offers for parcels 107 and 115 pertaining to the TXDOT eminent domain
project at The Ridge Apartments.

ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN
ONE OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF
THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
