In accordance with Order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020 and March 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of the
Westlake Academy Foundation will conduct this virtual meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020 by internet and
telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to face meetings (also called "social distancing") to
slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). A recording of the virtual meeting will be made and will be available to the public in
