OTHERS PRESENT: Allan and Helen Jane Werst, Ann French Clark, Tom Brymer, Wayne Stoltenberg,
Karen Schultz, Nick Ciccune, and Ginger Awtry.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Sanden called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES OF THE WHPS MEETING HELD ON October 25, 2010.
Member Stoltenberg read the minutes. President Sanden asked for a motion.
MOTION: Member Schultz made a motion to approve the minutes. Member Roach seconded
the motion. The motion carried.
3. REVIEW AND APPROVE THE TREASURER'S REPORT
Member Layton read the treasurer's report with updated financials through September 30,
2010. She stated that our revenue for the year was $11,033.57, and our expenses for the year
were $2576.51.. Our net income for fiscal year 2010 is $8457.06. President Sanden asked for a
motion.
MOTION: Member Roach made a motion to approve the treasurer's report. Member Schultz
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
4. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES
a) Recognition/Appreciation
President Sanden recognized and thanked the current board members.
b) New Member
President Sanden recognized our newest board members, Mary Ann and Sarah Titus.
c) Special Presentation
Joyce Roach spoke and did a special presentation, in honor of the Annual Meeting.
President Sanden asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting.
MOTION: Member Roach made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member Schultz seconded
the motion. The motion carried.
President Sanden adjourned the meeting at 8:10 P.M.
