AGENDA
1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
JULY 2, 2020.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON THE SCHOLARSHIP COUNT
FOR FALL 2020.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A MERGER BETWEEN TEXAS STUDENT
HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION.
5. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 for the following:
Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice about Bank of New York
litigation.
The Board will conduct a closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Annotated,
Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Section 551.072 for the following:
Consultation with an attorney whereby the Board seeks advice concerning legal issues
involving the management and funding of The Cambridge.

6. ADJOURNMENT
ANY ITEM ON THIS POSTED AGENDA COULD BE DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN ONE
OF THE PERMITTED CATEGORIES UNDER SECTIONS 551.071 THROUGH 551.076 AND SECTION 551.087 OF THE
TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
