SECTION 2; That the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas, does hereby approve the final plat for PD 2 as attached, filed by FMR Texas LP, and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on July 26, 2007, for a 40.779 acre tract of land described above and according to the attached Exhibit "A".
