RESOLUTION NO. 19-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE WESTLAKE ACADEMY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 ANNUAL AUDIT REPORT FROM
WEAVER AND TIDWELL, L.L.P.
WHEREAS, Section 7.3.6 of the Data Collection & Report;ng section of the Financial
Accountability System Resource Guide Update 11.0 require, ,"— the annual financial and
compliance report be audited by an independent auditor, and
WHEREAS, Section 7.3.6 of the Data Colle 'on eporting section of the Financial
Accountability System Resource Guide Update At r es the audit report be submitted to the
Division of School Financial Audits of TEAM o'll, w han 150 days after the close of the fiscal
year, and
WHEREAS the audit rP " be approvedY b the Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE �T. SOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
WESTLAKE ACADEly :'•

The above findings are hereby found to be true and correct and are
Reinincorporated in its entirety.
SECTION 2: That the Board of Trustees of Westlake Academy hereby approves the
fiscal year 2018-2019 annual audit report from Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P. attached as Exhibit
"A
SECTION 3: If any portion of this resolution shall, for any reason, be declared invalid
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions
hereof and the Board hereby determines that it would have adopted this Resolution without the
invalid provision.

SECTION 4: That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THIS 2ND DAY OF DECEMBER 2019.
