MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, James Krekow, Paula Petersen, Randall
Quick, Mark Harrow, Rich Mueller, Katie Kolkmeier and Executive
Director Tracy Harrow.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
AUGUST 26, 2019.
DISCUSSION: Director Petersen made a motion to approve the minutes of the
August 26, 2019 meeting. Director Krekow seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON STATUS OF
REMOVAL OF THE TRUSTEE ON THE CAMBRIDGE PROJECT.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on the status of the
effort to remove the trustee for the Cambridge project. No action taken.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE MARKETING BUDGET FOR THE
CAMBRIGE AND PLANS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on the marketing budget
and plans for fiscal year 2020 for The Cambridge based on the budget
and materials provided by Asset Campus. The Board discussed the
materials and decided to take no action on this item.
S. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON A CONSULTANT
TO ASSESS ASSET LIVING'S MARKETING EFFORTS AT THE CAMBRIDGE.

DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on hiring a consultant to
assess Asset Living's marketing efforts at The Cambridge and described
an upcoming conference call to explore available options. No action
taken.
6. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON OCCUPANCY
RATE AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT THE CAMBRIDGE.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow reported that the occupancy rate of The
Cambridge is 45.77% and a new manager, Hunter, was recently hired.
No action taken.
7. RECEIVE AND CONSIDER REPORT ON STATUS OF THE ITG V. BANK OF NEW
YORK LITIGATION.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow and President Scott Bradley provided an
update on the ITG v. Bank of New York litigation. On October 11, a
joint motion to dismiss the case was filed. No action taken.
8. ADJOURNMENT
President Bradley adjourned the meeting at 7:08 pm.
