HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 09-42 Appointing W Stoltenberg to the Planning and Zoning CommissionTOWN OF WESTLAKE I WHEREAS, Currently, one vacancy exist on the Planning And Zoning Commission-, and WHEREAS, the Town Council has received one application foz consideration of appointment; and WHEREAS, the meeting at which this Resolution A, -as considered was open to the public as required by law, and public notice of the time, place, and subjject of the meeting has been given in accordance with Chapter 55 1, Goven-mient Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That the Town Council of the Town of Westlake does hereby appoint the following individual to serve as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the tenni noted below: Wayne Stoltenberg to an expiring term of June 2010.
