MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION — DENTON PROJECT
May 21, 2019

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Mark Harrow, James Krekow,
Richard Mueller, Katie Kolkmeier, Paula Petersen and Executive
Director Tracy Harrow.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 8:40 pm.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 20,
2018.
DISCUSSION: Director Krekow made a motion to approve the minutes of the
February 20, 2019 meeting. Director Petersen seconded the motion.
The motion carried unanimously.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON THE
SCHOLARSHIP COUNT FOR THE RIDGE APARTMENTS.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow shared that the current count of students
receiving scholarships at the Ridge Apartments is twenty-four, with one
scholarship remaining available. No action taken.
4. REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE EMINENT DOMAIN CASE WITH THE CITY OF
DENTON AND IMPACTS FOR THE RIDGE APARTMENTS.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update on the eminent domain
case with the city of Denton and its impacts for The Ridge Apartments.
No action taken.
