Consider a resolution authorizing the Town manager to enter in to a contract with TCG
Dallas (ATT) for their inclusion in the Town of Westlake's Duct Bank system.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends approval.
BACKGROUND
ATT approached the Town with interest in leasing a portion of the Town's Duct Bank
system. The portion of the system that will be leased under this contract roughly
connects 114 down the proposed 1938 along Kirkwood to Sam School and across
Kirkwood Branch. A map of the location is attached.
The initial term of the contract is for 20 years with ATT agreeing to pay this year for the
lease upfront. This will be a payment of$163,711.55.
