To allow a temporary portable building to provide office and housing for the firemen on duty on the site. 2. Waiver of side yard building setbacks due to temporary status. 3. Waiver of paving requirement due to temporary status. The lot will be constructed of gravel that can be easily removed when abandoned. 4. A septic system to be allowed, since no sanitary sewer is available at the site. 5. Waiver of landscaping due to temporary status and absence of proper irrigation.
