Publicly Prohibited
Westlake, Grapevine, Keller
Smoking prohibited in
Public Buildings only.
Lightly Prohibited

designated smoking areas.
Moderately Prohibited
Roanoke, Denton, Fort
Worth
Smoking prohibited
everywhere but bars.
Fully Prohibited
Trophy Club, Southlake,

Proposed Ordinance
Prohibits smoking in public places with the three following three exceptions:
Private Clubs
Residential dwelling
Restaurants
Air Purification
After 8:30 p.m. in bar area only
Designated outdoor area
Screened from public view
Greater than 50’ from public entrance or operable window
Proposed Ordinance would classify Westlake as Moderately Prohibited.
This would build off the original Smoke Free Ordinance, and increase the restrictions to a much greater
extent.
