FACILITY USE GUIDELINES AND
POLICIES UPDATES
•2008 Town adopted the first Facility Use and Guidelines Policies for the
Westlake Academy/Civic Campus allowing rental of the
Performance Hall and cafeteria on Sundays only
•2012 Sports fields and gymnasium were added as additional rental
spaces and availability was increased to Mon. –Fri. evenings and all
day on Sat. & Sun.
•2017 Multi-Purpose Hall and Town Hall were added as rental spaces
•2019 Fire Station is being proposed as a new rental space
ADDITIONS INCLUDED WITH
FIRE STATION UPDATE PG. 37
•Facility availability: Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
•Max. number of guests –25
•Individual groups may rent six times per calendar year (Jan.-Dec.)
•Formal business meeting use only
•Refundable deposit: $1,000
•Rental fee: $50/hour
