Consider a resolution authorizing the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with the Texas
Department of Transportation to sell surplus right-of-way located along SH 377.
Staff recommends approval.
The Texas Department of Transportation has asked to purchase surplus right of way from the Town
to accommodate the SH 377 widening project. The Town agrees with the required appraisal
completed by the Texas Department of Transportation which establishes a value of $23,500 for this
property which is comprised of 0.100 of an acre of land.
The revenue will be credited to the Town of Westlake General Fund.
