HomeMy WebLinkAboutConservation Area Presentation McNabnay 03-25-19Conservation Area Deed Restriction The requirement that (1) no one is allowed to enter the Conservation Area (other than the Town and its Designees) was not present in the draft Deed Restriction (blue sentence below): •Grantee shall keep the Conservation Area undisturbed and untouched, and no development of the Conservation Area shall occur (including trails, which would adversely affect the vegetation and the wildlife and their migration pathway).With the exception of Grantee and its Staff, who shall have unrestricted access to the Conservation Area, and with the exception of Grantee’s Designees, who may be granted access to the Conservation Area with restrictions (e.g., maintenance crews to remove trees that have fallen into neighborhood yards or persons who are studying the habitat), Grantee shall not allow persons to have access to, or enter, the Conservation Area (thus ensuring that the vegetation will not be trampled and that the wildlife is not driven away, as well as for safety reasons in view of the wildlife and falling trees).
