Smoking prohibited in Public
Buildings only.
Lightly Prohibited
Colleyville, Haltom City,
Highland Park
Smoking allowed within
designated smoking areas.
Moderately Prohibited
Roanoke, Denton, Fort Worth
Smoking prohibited
everywhere but bars.
Fully Prohibited
Trophy Club, Southlake,
University Park
Smoking prohibited within
city limits.

Summary of Smoke Free Ordinance
Bans smoking and vaping from the Town of Westlake.
Including Private Businesses, and Corporate
Campuses.
Does not allow for a designated smoking area
exemption.
Provides an exemption for Private Clubs.
Fine for violation shall not exceed $2,000.
