May 2017 –Ordinance 826/827 approves concept/site plans for Phase 1 of Charles Schwab
August 2017 –Schwab Phase 1 commences site work
December 2017 –Schwab Phase 1 building permits approved for construction
Spring 2019 –Schwab Phase 1 expected completion
