Dear Mr. Ruthven and Mr. Ford,
My wife Sandra and I own a home in Oakmont Hills at in
the cul-de-sac that literally borders the south side of the proposed Spencer Ranch
development owned by Tim Brittan. We have known Tim for 14 years and he has
always been a great neighbor.
We met recently with Tim and his developer Paul Pastore to review the Spencer
Ranch plans and how they might impact our property. I suggested adding a more
upscale metal fence along the southern border of Spencer Ranch which they
readily agreed to do and homeowners along the border liked.
Based on the proposed prices and square footage of proposed homes, Sandra and
I feel that once completed this upscale development will only enhance the value
of all homes in Oakmont Hills. It will also tie in well with the style of the Entrada
development and Vaquero.
We are confident that Tim and Paul will do everything they can to make the
transition as seamless as possible for Oakmont Hills homeowners during the
construction.
Sandra and I wanted to voice our support for Spencer Ranch and look forward to
its completion!
