Dear Commission and Council Members:
I recently reviewed the concept plan dated December 2018, for the proposed Spencer Ranch
development, located at the intersection of Pearson Road and Aspen Lane. Please let this letter
serve as Hillwood's support of Paul Pastore and his development team in this project. We believe
it will be a great addition to the Town of Westlake.
I encourage the Town to approve his plans for development.
