To whom it may concern:
My wife and I live on the south edge of the property owned by Tim Britton
that is under consideration for development. We have lived here for fourteen years
and have enjoyed and benefitted from having Tim Britton as a neighbor.
He has been kind enough to explain the future plans proposed for the
development of his property. We have gone over the plan in detail and he has
answered all of our questions. It appears to us that the plan has been thought out
thoroughly and will be a credit to the city of Westlake. We have no objections to it
and look forward to its implementation and completion. If you have any questions
