To Whom it May Concern,
As a Westlake Texas resident, I'd like to voice my support for the approval of the development known as
Spencer Ranch in the Town of Westlake. Based on the information I've reviewed, it appears to provide a
housing option that is currently not offered in Westlake, that many "empty nester residents" may find
attractive. In our community we have many people who are at or near retirement, may have a second
home and spend part of the year elsewhere. Providing an option to keep residents like this in our
community is something of value to me.
I trust that the Planning and Zoning Committee and the Town Council will evaluate this development in
light of the town's comprehensive plan and base their decision, in part, on its merits with respect to our
comprehensive plan.
