It collects data from 98% of postsecondary public and private US institutions. We conduct our own research to augment this process; therefore, you may find slight variations in the data shown in the bar graphs and the actual numbers. The fall semester immediately following high school graduation is defined as any enrollment that occurs between August 15 and October 31. Anyone enrolling outside of this data is not captured. The National Student Clearinghouse only reports on graduation cohort for a seven year period. Associates degrees are counted in the graduation completion data. This slightly skews the college completion rate. Class of 2011 (32 Students) From the class of 2011 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 91% of the 2011 graduation cohort has graduated from College 3% of the 2011 graduation cohort is enrolled in College in year eight of post-secondary life. 34% of the 2011 graduation cohort has completed or are pursuing a Master’s/Advanced Degree. 6% of the 2011 graduation cohort is no longer enrolled in post-secondary education. Class of 2012 28 Students in Cohort (28 Students) From the class of 2012 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 82% of the 2012 graduation cohort has graduated from College. 7% of the 2012 graduation cohort is enrolled in College in year seven of post-secondary life. 25% of the 2012 graduation cohort has completed or are pursuing a Master’s/Advanced degree. 11% of the 2012 graduation cohort are not enrolled in post secondary education. Class of 2013 40 Students in Cohort (40 Students) From the class of 2013 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 67.5 % of the 2013 graduation cohort has completed their degree in less than six years. 15% of the 2013 graduation cohort is enrolled in College in year six of post-secondary life. 5% of the 2013 graduation cohort are pursuing a Masters/Advanced degree. 17.5% of the 2013 graduation cohort is no longer enrolled in post secondary education. Class of 2014 54 Total Students From the class of 2014 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 45% of the 2014 graduation cohort has graduated from College in less than five years. 40% of the 2014 graduation cohort are enrolled in college in year five of post-secondary life. 1.8% of the 2014 graduation cohort is enrolled in a graduate program 7% of the 2014 graduation cohort has either withdrawn from or is not currently enrolled in college. 8% of the 2014 graduation cohort is unaccounted Class of 2015 (55 Students) From the class of 2015 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 16.7% of the 2015 graduation cohort has graduated in less than four years. 79.6% of the 2015 graduation cohort is enrolled in college in year 4 of post-secondary life. 5.5% of the 2015 graduation cohort is no longer enrolled and did not graduate. 1.8% of the 2015 graduation cohort is enrolled in a graduate program Class of 2016 (61 Students) From the class of 2016 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 1.6% of the 2016 graduation cohort has graduated in less than 3 years. 91.8% of the 2016 graduation cohort is enrolled in college in year 3 of post secondary life. 6.6% of the 2016 graduation cohort are not enrolled in college and did not graduate. Class of 2017 64 Students From the class of 2017 graduation completion graph, the following can be concluded: 92.2% of the 2017 graduation cohort is enrolled in College in year 2 of post-secondary life. 7.8% of the 2017 graduation cohort has withdrawn or never enrolled. Class of 2018 Graph was not provided by the National Student Clearinghouse 67 Students Graduated 92.5% of the 2018 cohort are enrolled in college. 3% of the 2018 cohort have withdrawn or are not currently enrolled. 4.5% of the 2018 cohort are not enrolled for religious mission. Connect Connect Alumni with WA Faculty to serve as guest speakers. Connect Connect with Alumni at Homecoming 2018. Connect Connect with Alumni via communications that drive action. Create Create an Alumni Facebook Page. Create Create a dedicated section for alumni on the current WA website. Create Create a database of graduates by year. Goals Create Create a quarterly alumni newsletter Plan Plan alumni reunion events Identify Identify grade level “captains” to help in event planning Conduct Conduct Parent Alumni Focus Groups Conduct Conduct Student Alumni Focus Groups Connect Connect Alumni with Westlake business and community partners. Create Create the “College Connection” app on the website that allows current WA students to search for alumni by the colleges they attended.
