MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION — DENTON PROJECT
June 26, 2018

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Paula Petersen, James Krekow, Katie
Kolkmeier, Mark Harrow, Randy Quick and Executive Director Tracy
Harrow.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:26 pm.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
APRIL 19, 2018.
DISCUSSION: Director Quick made a motion to approve the minutes of the
April 19, 2018 meeting. Director Peterson seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON SCHOLARSHIP
COUNT FOR THE RIDGE APARTMENTS.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow shared the latest number of scholarship
recipients for the 2018-2019 academic year at The Ridge apartments.
Currently there are twenty-four scholarship recipients, with scholarships
valued at $76,900. No action taken.
4. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET FOR THE
RIDGE APARTMENTS.
DISCUSSION: The Board discussed the fiscal year 2019 budget for The Ridge
Apartments and will request an in-person meeting with Asset Campus
to discuss questions regarding the budget before the next Board
meeting. No action taken.
