MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
June 26, 2018

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, James I rekow, Randy Quick, Paula
Peterson, Mark Harrow, Katie Kolkmeier and Executive Director Tracy
Harrow.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
2. REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD
APRIL 19, 2018.
DISCUSSION: Director Quick made a motion to approve the minutes of the
April 19, 2018 meeting. Director Krekow seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
3. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON SCHOLARSHIP COUNT FOR
THE CAMBRIDGE AND TOWN LAKE.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow shared the latest number of scholarship
recipients for the 2018-2019 academic year at The Cambridge and
Town Lake properties. The Cambridge currently has one hundred and
fifty-two scholarship recipients, with scholarships valued at $448,380.00
and Town Lake currently has forty-four scholarship recipients, with
scholarships valued at $116,740. No action taken.

4. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON ONGOING ITG
LITIGATION.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow stated that depositions are ongoing in the
litigation between The Cambridge and ITG, and that a September trial
date is anticipated. No action taken.
S. DISCUSS AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET FOR THE
CAMBRIDGE.
DISCUSSION: The Board discussed the fiscal year 2019 budget for The Cambridge
and will request an in-person meeting with Asset Campus to discuss
questions regarding the budget before the next Board meeting. No
action taken.
6. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON THE CAMBRIDGE
ROOF REPLACEMENT.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow stated that the roof replacement project at
The Cambridge has begun. It is expected that 80% to 100% of the
project will be complete by August 18, which is move-in day on the
property. No action taken.
7. ADJOURNMENT
President Bradley adjourned the meeting at 7:26 pm.
