Transition Plan •Manage the enrollment of secondary boundary students to accommodate primary boundary growth. –Maintain two-sections per grade in PYP –Builds facility capacity while minimizing operational costs •Complete Phase 1 of the Facility Master Plan to create additional facility capacity and develop timeline for completion of Phase 2 •If Westlake student enrollment continues in PYP, MYP, and DP grades, as in years past, the total population will increase slightly, but attrition should still outpace new enrollment. 11/20/2013 Westlake Academy - 2010/11 Strategic Planning Retreat 3 Managing enrollment of secondary boundary students and completing phase 1 will open 364 seats over the next five years.
