Group Incentive Program
Current Group Incentive program
─Proposed group shall book a minimum of $30,000 in
room revenue per program to be considered eligible for
$5,000 in group incentive funds.
─Proposed group shall book a minimum of $15,000 in
room revenue per program to be considered eligible for
$2,500 in group incentive funds.
Proposed Group Incentive Program
−Proposed group shall book a minimum of $10,000
in room revenue per program to be considered
eligible for a group incentive credit to equal 10%
of their room revenue up to a maximum of $5,000.

•Relationship continues with Deloitte University – GM Creston Woods – Marriott Solana Westlake selected as primary overflow hotel in DFW airport/Westlake market
•Successfully closed Nissan Motor Company Corporate Sales Meeting by showcasing Westlake and using Incentive Funds 355 roomnights and over $56,250 in realized revenues!

•Advertising included Dallas Wedding Magazine, The Knot, Government Executives e newsletter (focus on DEA at Alliance) Pharmaceutical Executive and the annual TSAE membership directory

•Successfully closed on 2 Town of Westlake Incentive Programs:
−H&R Block 210 Room Nights and over $73,000 in Hotel Revenue
−Reach Leadership Summit 200 Room Nights and over $63,000 in Hotel Revenue
•Hosted “Earth Hour” in Westlake
•Advertising included – two newsletters in government executive.com, full page in Meetings South, e-newsletter in Meetings & Conventions Magazine, e-newsletter in Meeting Daily News, full page in Pharmaceutical Executive, full page in AAA monthly to drive summer leisure traffic
