–survey took approximately 15-20 minutes to complete
•Sample size: 250 completed
•Method of Administration:
–by mail with follow -up by phone

•Residents continue to feel good about living in
Westlake
91% of the residents rated the Town as an “excellent” or “good”
place to live
Only 4% rated the Town as a “poor” place to live
•Overall satisfaction with City services improved
significantly from 2011
In addition to the increase in the Composite Satisfaction Index,
overall satisfaction with the quality of governmental services
increased 8% from 66% in 2011 to 74% in 2013
