ITEM
Consider a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a Funding Agreement for
Bridge Enhancements at Precinct Line Road and SH 114 with the Texas Department of
Transportation.
RECOMMENDATION
The Staff recommends the Board adopt a resolution in support of the attached funding agreement
with the Texas Department of Transportation.
BACKGROUND
Based on input from the Board, enhancements are proposed to the aforementioned bridge similar
to the enhancements completed on the Westlake Parkway Bridge. The Staff has been working
with TxDOT for the implementation of these enhancements. TxDOT requires the execution of
this document committing the Town to pay for the costs of the proposed enhancements. The cost
of these enhancements is estimated to be $240,439.46.
