February-March –Town Council directed staff to increase scope and funding to
ensure iconic look
April -Town Council directed staff to proceed with the increase of the project
budget to $2.76M
November -Groundbreaking Ceremony
January 2019 -Estimated completion of construction
February 2019 -Move In/Open House
