MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING AUTHORITY
(AN INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE)
February 6, 2018

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Mark Harrow, James Krekow, Katie
Kolkmeier and Executive Director Tracy Harrow. Not in attendance:
Trish Howard, Paula Peterson and Randy Quick.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD JANUARY 23, 2018.
DISCUSSION: Director Harrow made a motion to approve the minutes of the
January 23, 2018 meeting. Director Krekow seconded the motion. The
motion carried unanimously.
3. REVIEW AND APPROVE A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE CAMBRIDGE.
DISCUSSION: The Board reviewed a revised buget for The Cambridge that accounts
for revenue and provides funding for operating expenses through
August 2018. President Bradley made a motion to adopt the revised
budget as presented. After no further discussion, Director Harrow
seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
4. ADJOURNMENT
President Bradley adjourned the meeting at 6:54 pm.
