MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION — DENTON PROJECT
January 23, 2018

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley, Mark Harrow, Paula Petersen, James
Krekow, Katie Kolkmeier and Executive Director Tracy Harrow. Not in
attendance: Trish Howard and Randy Quick.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:52 pm.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD DECEMBER 7, 2017.
DISCUSSION: Director Harrow made a motion to approve the minutes of the
December 7, 2017 meeting. Director Krekow seconded the motion. The
motion carried unanimously.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARROW ON OPERATIONAL
ISSUES AT THE RIDGE.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow stated that one-third of the exterior painting
of buildings at The Ridge has been completed. Building 1 on the
property will be the last build to receive paint as repairs are made to
damage caused in the building in December. Contractors are awaiting a
permit from the city before proceeding with the repairs to Building 1.
There was no update available regarding the request made to Asset
Campus at the December 7, 2017 Board meeting for security guards on
property in the overnight hours. No action taken.
4. ADJOURNMENT
President Bradley adjourned the meeting at 8:00 pm.
