1. Call to order
Roll call
Board Member Paloma Anoveros will be attending the meeting via conference call
from 215 Fremont Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.
2. Approval of minutes from the January 08, 2018 regular meeting.
3. Presentation by Troy Meyer, Director of Facilities, Parks and Recreation which updates the
Fire Station Design status, Construction status, and Timing. The presentation will be
followed by questions and answers for the Committee membership.
4. Review/update committee the actions of the Town Council; approval of RFQ and discussion
on honorariums and competition expenses.
Consider underwriters for honorarium and sculpture.
Discuss naming and publicity opportunities, in return for underwriting
5. Discussion of any further refinements to the RFQ and consideration of any inputs from the
Town.
6. Continue progress on RFQ. Committee members to present artists they recommend should
be included in the RFQ.
7. Adjournment.
