1. Call to Order
• Roll call.
• Board Member Paloma Anoveros will be attending the meeting via conference
call from 215 Fremont Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.
2. Approval of minutes from the September 18, 2017 regular meeting.
3. Discussion and update on items of general interest relative to public art in Westlake.
4. Discussion of Committee procedures, meeting dates and times and other related
business.
5. Project Outline Development including: Scale and Location specifics; Artwork details.
6. Develop an RFQ (request for qualifications) for Westlake and determine avenues for
distribution.
7. Summary and Clarification of Committee recommendations to forward to the
Westlake Town Council for consideration on October 30, 2017.
8. Adjournment.
