1. Call to order
• Roll call
2. Approval of minutes from the October 16, 2017 regular meeting.
3. Introduction of William Campbell, William Campbell Fine Art, for consideration by the board
for the board seat left open by Cheryl Vogel.
4. Review remaining/ final parameters of the proposed location for the inaugural art
competition with the goal being conclusion and board approval.
5. Creation of a vision statement, integrating the vision statement of the Town of Westlake, to
provide competition entrants and the public a clear description of the goals and objectives
of the committee and its tasks.
6. Create a project timeline with milestone dates for the art competition project, integrated
with the project timeline of the fire station furnished by the City of their contractors.

7. Discussion / submission by board members of criteria for the creation of the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) proposal to be submitted to artists.
• Consideration of posting locations and sites to post the RFQ
8. Adjournment.
