MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEXAS STUDENT HOUSING CORPORATION — DENTON PROJECT
November 9, 2017

PRESENT: Board members Scott Bradley,Mark Harrow, Randy Quick, Paula
Petersen, Katie Kolkmeier and Executive Director Tracy Harrow. Not in
attendance: Trish Howard and James Krekow.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
President Bradley called the meeting to order at 8:01 pm
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD AUGUST 8, 2017.
DISCUSSION: Director Harrow made a motion to approve the minutes of the
August 8, 2017 meeting. Director Petersen seconded the motion.
Director Quick abstained from a vote. The motion carried 4-0.
3. RECEIVE UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TRACY HARROW ON THE
STATUS OF ROOF REPLACEMENT AND PAINTING OF EXTERIORS ON THE
RIDGE APARTMENTS.
DISCUSSION: Executive Director Harrow provided an update that the roof
replacement has been completed and the painting of exteriors is
ongoing at the Ridge Apartments. No further discussion or action taken.
4. ADJOURNMENT
President Bradley adjourned the meeting at 8:04 pm.
